It is a great hotel with a lovely helpful generous staff. The rooms were very clean and the view from our top-floor terraced rooms were breathtaking. We just walked out of the hotel and started hiking in nature for several hours.

We recently had a very pleasant stay in a double room on the top floor of this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the large terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing us with great advice in English about local walks and attractions. The hotel was also very clean and beautifully furnished throughout. All in all, we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff of this family run hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a delightful room and found the food, prepared in traditional Spanish style, to be very good.

The hotel was family run and the people were very friendly
We were surprised that some of the things normally associated with a 4 star hotel were not available. No room fridge, no cushions for patio funiture, no international tv and because there were so few guests the hotel did not bother to open the dining room. Our meals were taken in the cafeteria where the family and locals were playing cards.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful in suggesting things to do and places to visit, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as it was near to the National Park and the view from my room was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities were impeccable.
Not one thing.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating; they are also very knowledgeable about the Sierra and can provide tips regarding where to go and how to get there. Food (Spanish cuisine) is excellent, better than some of the 4 and 5 star hotels where we stayed at on the same trip. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant. We were comfortable speaking to the staff just in Spanish, so we can't really comment on what other languages are spoken. Overall a great value in a great location.

Very pleasant stay in double room on top floor. This had a large terrace with good views. Very comfortable and spacious room.Just a note that the bathroom was fine but for a large person the space between bidet and toilet, which were facing one another next to the bath, would be cramped. Also very good advice in English from erception desk about walks, one of which we undertook..

Very nice staff, providing excellent recommendations for bars/restaurants/sight seeing and activities in the area. From our room with a roof terrace we had a stunning view into the stars and onto the mountains. The room service was great and very reasonable. We might come back on our next trip to spain. Thanky you

Great natural park nearby, good breakfast options, and comfortable room.
The customer service was lacking, and the staff was not very helpful. We had trouble finding information about the area and no maps were offered to us.

The hotel was located in a picturesque spot and the surrounding views were breathtaking. the breakfast was tasty and filling. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi. It is in a good location to explore the local countryside.
The staff was not friendly, and they did not seem interested in helping us. They were not accommodating when we had questions.
